Sarabala started with a simple idea. Families in Kolkata were running from one vendor to another for a single function: one person for the hall, another for the cook, someone else for the flowers, and nobody was taking responsibility for the full day. We decided to put all of it under one roof and stand behind the whole event ourselves.
What began with [one banquet hall in South Kolkata in YEAR] slowly grew as families came back for the next function in the house and then sent their relatives and neighbors to us. Today our banquet list covers halls in different parts of the city along with our destination property in Bakkhali, so a small annaprashan of fifty people and a wedding of five hundred guests both find the right space.
Our way of working has stayed the same. We sit with you, understand the budget honestly, suggest what actually suits your guest list, and then handle the running around on the day itself. You will find our coordinator inside the hall from the morning setup till the last plate is cleared.
